Returns / Right of withdrawal / Open purchaseIf you regret your purchase, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.You have the right to open the packaging and check the item but it must not be used for you to be allowed to return it. Should you return the item later than 14 days, a fee may be charged.

You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned in its original condition and that a copy of the receipt is enclosed with the return. If the product comes to you in the original box, the product must be sent in the same box, if it is packed in a product box, this box must not be destroyed with tape or similar. The customer is always responsible for the return shipping and the shipment must be returned traceable and so that it is driven out to us, not so that it ends up at a delivery point. Complaints If an item is damaged or does not match how the product has been presented on the website, you have the opportunity to complain about the products. In the first instance, we will investigate whether it is possible to rectify the fault in the product. If not, the complaint will be replaced with a new product against the old product in return. If we can neither replace the product nor fix the error, you will get your money back. To process a complaint, we take the goods back for inspection. Once we have received the item back and the complaint has been approved, we will send you a new item or refund you what you paid for the item.
Unclaimed parcels The parcel is left at the Post Office's delivery point for two weeks.Should the parcel not be collected, the goods will be returned to us. For all packages that are not released, we reserve the right to charge return shipping costs, the amount depends on the size of the package.
Force Majeure Both parties shall be released from fulfilment of the contract if the fulfilment is prevented or significantly impeded by circumstances that the party could not reasonably control or foresee. The following and similar circumstances shall be deemed to constitute grounds for relief where they prevent or materially impede the fulfilment of the contract fire, war, mobilisation, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, general shortage of goods, shortage of means of transport, strike, lockout, power failure, restrictions in the form of motive power and failure or delay in deliveries from subcontractors which are due to circumstances referred to in this paragraph or other circumstances beyond the control of the party, which either prevent or impede the party's performance to such an extent that it cannot be performed except at abnormally high cost.
